There are some beams on story in your project beside beamless columns. In this case, in order to see punching check for beamless column, you need to define column supports for per beamless column.
After analysis, you will see punching checks on slab report

SO, AS I UNDERSTAND YOU,I WILL ASSIGNING THE CAPITAL COLUMN ONLY FOR PUNCHING CHECK AND AFTER THAT ,WE SHOULD DELETE THEM ?!!!!
