Hi Ammer,
in order to get A2-A3 Irregularity Check, first you need to select an axis and click icon after that, which this report in program will check if slab is enough against seismic forces along to selected axis
A2-A3 Irregularities was defined in Turkish Seismic Code as "A2-Slab Discontinuities" and "A3-External projections on Plan" irregularities. If there are no A2 or A3 irregularities in your project you don't need to use this report.
Furthermore if you are analysing your project with semi rigid diagram option, all structural elements in your project including slabs will be analysed together and you will see shell seismic results for slabs on visualization view. You may also check slab reinforcement bars if they are enough for any seismic cases, instead of using A2-A3 Irregularity Check report.

A1 is Torsional Irregularity. if it's exist, seismic forces should be applied on location +0.05 eccentricity from mass centre. Program always applies +0.05 eccentricity. So it doesn't matter if A1 exists or not in your project.
A2 and A3 as I explained before in this topic, A2-Slab Discontinuities" and "A3-External projections on Plan" irregularities. You need to know yourself if A2 or A3 is exists in your project. if A2 or A3 exists, check the boxes. if A2 or A3 doesn't exist, unchecked the boxes. These selections will be shown on seismic report only for controllers.
