Hi Ammer,
Those combinations are automatic created combinations for Turkish Seismic Code and TS500 Standard. You can't delete them. However you can add your own combinations on user defined combinations section.
Furthermore if you don't want to consider seismic effects in your project, you may give "zero value" to "Building important coefficient" on Analysis Settings.
