Hi Ammer,
That message is being gave to you according to Turkish Seismic Code 2007 Article 2.5.1.6(b) and Article 2.5.3.1. if you are applying Turkish Seismic Code 2007 in your country, you need to add more shear walls to solve problem to provide %75 ratio of total shear forces of building shear walls. You can't analysis project with normal ductile unless proviing this ratio. You need to check this ratio for each dilatation in itself .

For normal ductile building (columns and shear walls are normal ductile ):
if totalheightofbuilding >=25 metres
ratioShearsofshearwalls >= totalShearsofshearwalls/totalShearsofproject> = 0.75

40x120 mm

If ratio of dimension of column is more than 7, column will be shear wall according to Turkish Seismic Code 2007. (25/175, 30/210, 40 /280 etc. )
Also you will need to use shear wall command to define shear walls.
