Hi Ammer,
Idecad models piles with using the springs depending on the soil types. At this point, you must define the soil layers. So you need the soil survey report. If you dont have it, you should use general coeff. values for certain soil types. You can find it on internet. In this case, you need to know the soil layer's heights. Check the pic below. First layer must start the program ground level. If your foundations top under the program ground level, you need to add this extra height for H1. Define the soil layers using soil layer dialog box. Good luck
