Yes idecad checks them, applies and designs automatically acording to conditions given Turkish Seicmic Code 2007 or 2018 both.

feature exists in bothv 8.62 and v10 . However there are more options for reinforcment bar style drawing in v10. You may choose to draw horizontal bar on inside or outside vertical bar in v10. Horizontal bar only is drawed on outside vertical bar in v8.62.
