Hi Ammer,
Performance analysis results you are asking about is being created according to Turkish Seicmic Code 2007. You will see these results after using Linear Performance Analysis in version 8.62, which can be found under Analysis And Design menu.
Linear Performance Analysis is special anaysis for existed buiding to be strengthened. You don't need to use for new buiding.
