Hi Ammer,
ID is shearwall's name that you are giving in object setting.
-> means that shearwall has neighbor shearwall, continues with next row.
Calc. AS is total calculated rebar area under design moments and axial force. Negative value means that shearwall works as minimum and doesn't need rebars under design moments and axial force.
Req. As is required rebar from minimum percentage that comes from siesmic code or shearwall parameters.
Extra As shows how much extra rebar areas selected for shearwall.

Requied total Area of rebar is requied total Area of rebar for whole shearwall. (2*Head + Middle)
43.12 cm2 required for your W1 shearwall. This will be distributed to heads and middle
43.12/2= 21.56 cm2 is for middle
21.56 cm2 is for heads. There are two heads.
21.56/2= 10.78 cm2 for each heads.
You can change "distributing ratio" in Shearwall Settings.
